We are excited to welcome our New Deputy Commissioner of the Mount Vernon Police Department, David Gibson. He previously served as a supervisor and held numerous titles with the U.S. Department of Justice Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF).
