Congratulations to our new class of 12 Probationary Firefighters who were sworn in today and will start our in-house Academy on Monday facilitated by Lt.Roderick Hines who is also the Executive Officer for the Mount Vernon Fire Department NY recruit training program. Pray for their success as they push through the next 14 weeks of intense training and testing in preparation to serve our city.
